How do I make an appointment?
Choose a treatment and send us an appointment enquiry on WhatsApp, or call 085 8383 229. We’ll help you find a suitable time and confirm your appointment personally.
Which manicure should I choose?
For a natural, tidy finish, choose a manicure without polish. Gel polish adds colour, while our strengthening and Gel / BIAB options offer additional support. If you’re unsure, Oksana will be happy to help you choose.
Can I ask for a particular massage pressure?
Of course. Tell Ihor what you prefer and which areas you’d like him to focus on. You can ask to adjust the pressure at any point during your massage.
What should I tell you before a treatment?
Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, injuries or health conditions that could affect your treatment. Contact us before booking if you’re unsure whether a treatment is suitable.
How do you care for your tools and treatment areas?
Our nail tools go through ultrasonic cleaning and autoclave sterilisation, then stay in individual sterile pouches until use. Work areas are cleaned and disinfected before every client.
